Minted Generation is operated by Helix People Advisory.

References to “Minted Generation”, “we”, “us” or “our” on this page mean Helix People Advisory and the Minted Generation business.

Our website, accounts, purchasing process and Money Score are intended to be managed by an adult.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children.

Please do not submit a child’s full name, email address, school, home address, photograph or other identifying information through the Money Score or our website.

Minted Generation provides general financial education only.

Our website, Money Score, program, videos, worksheets, emails and other materials do not provide personal financial, investment, credit, legal, taxation or accounting advice.

We do not consider your personal objectives, financial position or needs.

Examples involving earning, spending, saving, interest, investing, borrowing, subscriptions or scams are simplified educational examples. They are not recommendations to use, purchase or avoid a particular financial product or provider.

Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making financial decisions.

The Money Score is an informal educational tool. It is not a formal assessment of a child and does not guarantee any particular educational, behavioural or financial outcome.

Purchases and access

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Digital products and programs are provided electronically through the website, email or an online platform.

Unless we state otherwise, your purchase provides access for personal use within one household.

You must not:

• Share your account outside your household
• Copy or distribute our program materials
• Upload our materials to another website or shared platform
• Resell, reproduce or commercially use our content
• Use a household purchase within a school, business or other organisation

Schools, educators and organisations should contact us regarding appropriate use or licensing.

Refunds

We do not normally provide refunds where you change your mind, do not complete the program or purchase the wrong product.

This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

The Minted Generation name, branding, Money Score, Earn, Spend, Grow and Protect framework, program materials, videos, worksheets, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to Helix People Advisory.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it for its intended personal purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

Website availability

We aim to keep our website and programs available and accurate.

We may occasionally update, replace or remove content, features or technology platforms. Access may also be interrupted because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where ongoing access is offered, it means access while the relevant product and platform continue to be operated by Minted Generation. It does not mean that every feature, lesson or platform will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Minted Generation and Helix People Advisory are not responsible for losses arising from:

• Financial decisions made using general educational information
• A child’s use of money, accounts, devices or online services
